Can't be connected new stranger after login

I using this app from one year and i found some loose point but i was using still the app but from last two days i found new negative thing in this app which is used to my login id as usually i was doing but now i go to new chat and start chat but not connecting and it takes time more than usual time so i tried on google login and still not connected with new users in app and Google login so what should I do for this problem.
